To use the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account details up to date.

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your API key.
• You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• Each individual may only maintain one account. Duplicate accounts may be suspended or terminated without notice.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in suspicious activity.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You shall not use the Service to:

• Engage in any activity that violates applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations.
• Conduct fraud, phishing, spamming, or any form of malicious activity.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service or its infrastructure.
• Access the Service through automated means (other than the provided API) without prior written consent.
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization.

The Service operates on a prepaid balance system. You must deposit funds into your account before submitting CAPTCHA solving tasks.

• We accept cryptocurrency payments including USDT (TRC20/ERC20), BTC, ETH, and other supported tokens.
• Prices for different CAPTCHA types are listed on our pricing page and are subject to change with prior notice.
• Funds are deducted from your balance upon each successful solve. Failed solves are not charged.
• Deposited funds are non-refundable except at our sole discretion.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 3–5 business days. Cryptocurrency withdrawal times depend on blockchain network confirmations.

We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time. Changes will be announced on our website at least 7 days in advance.

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

• We do not guarantee 100% accuracy or availability of the Service at all times.
• We are not responsible for any losses, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of the Service.
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the 30 days preceding the claim.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
• You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims resulting from your use of the Service.
